Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Thinqmap ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Thinqmap is a web-based tool that generates interactive mindmaps from text or PDF content you provide, using AI processing. Free accounts are limited to 3 mindmap generations per month with additional restrictions on depth and export quality. Pro subscribers ($9/month) receive expanded limits as described on our pricing page.

Account Registration

You must create an account to use Thinqmap. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to process content you do not have the legal right to use
• Attempt to bypass usage limits through technical manipulation
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's API endpoints outside normal use

Content You Submit

You retain ownership of any text or documents you submit to Thinqmap. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of generating your mindmap. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you upload, including PDFs containing copyrighted material — Thinqmap is a tool for organizing and visualizing content you already have rights to use.

Subscriptions and Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via PayPal at the rate displayed at the time of purchase ($9/month). You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Thinqmap available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Thinqmap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated mindmaps may contain errors or inaccuracies — always verify important information against your original source material. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
