When you create an account, we collect your email address via Supabase Authentication (including Google OAuth data if you sign in with Google). We do not store passwords directly — authentication is handled securely by Supabase.
When you use Thinqmap to generate a mindmap, the text or PDF content you paste or upload is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. We do not use your content to train any AI models. Uploaded PDFs and pasted text are processed to generate your mindmap and are not permanently stored.
If you subscribe to Pro, payment is processed by PayPal. We do not store your full payment card details — PayPal handles this directly, and we only retain subscription status information.
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication sessions and to track monthly usage limits for free accounts.
We use collected data to: provide and improve the mindmap generation service, enforce usage limits based on your plan, process payments for Pro subscriptions, and communicate with you about your account if necessary.
We share data with the following third-party service providers as necessary to operate Thinqmap: Supabase (authentication and database), Anthropic (AI processing of submitted text/PDF content), PayPal (payment processing). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To make such a request, contact us at the email below.
Thinqmap is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of Thinqmap after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
